Take walks in your neighborhood, local park, or even around your yard! Take short breaks to pick up leaves, rocks or point out trees, flowers or animals/bugs. Walking is healthy for everyone! Making the experience educational and mind stimulating will create a fun & bonding activity that children will want to do over and over again!
