Story Stretchers – Connecting Books to Hands-On Activities

Main Street, 9 am- 12 noon, Story Stretchers - Connecting Books to Hands-On Activities, April Cox, Rockingham Partnership for Children. Workshop will focus on 1) the importance of creating literacy rich environments and activities for young children 2) increasing read - aloud skills 3) how to select developmentally appropriate children's literature.
